ISO 20000:2011 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MANAGEMENT

IT is essential to delivering today's business. However, concerns are increasingly being raised about IT services, internal and outsourced, not aligning with the needs of businesses and customers. A perfect solution to this problem is to use an IT Service Management System (ITSMS) based on ISO/IEC 20000, the international standard for IT service management. Certification for this standard enables you to independently demonstrate to your customers that you possess the best IT solution. ISO/IEC 20000 is based on and replaces BS 15000, the internationally recognized British Standard. The standard is intended for organizations who provide managed IT services such as infrastructure and applications support; this can be both for external delivery. E.g. clients who have outsourced their IT support, as well as for internal IT groups. A certificate issued by third party registrar to demonstrates that your IT management system has been certified against requirements of ISO 20000 requirements.
